Hidden Faces is the first ever HK drama that exposes the true image of plastic surgery. Tian-Nan, a materialistic plastic surgeon, is forced to close down his clinic when he gets on the wrong side of one of the city's socialites. However, he is invited by Ben-Run to join the medical center founded by Asia's richest mogul. Ben-Run is personally a famous obstetrics doctor with the medical center, while another popular staff member is Dr. Jian-Pong.

Tian-Nan's girlfriend committed suicide due to disfigurement, which traumatized him. Ben-Run had always been a peacemaker, but ultimately, the pressure got the better of him.
