“Real Taste•China” is a micro-documentary series covering topics like “Chinese cuisine”, “Chinese health maintenance”, “Chinese folk custom”, “Chinese small town” and “Chinese craftsman”, which aims to promote 5000 years of Chinese traditional culture and features the concept of “micro documentary”. “Chinese cuisine” presents Chinese eight famous cuisines. This program introduces one of them – Hunan cuisine, with its name “Hunan Cuisine 100”, which consists of 100 episodes. Each episode films one of the most prestigious Hunan cuisines that are all presented by the country's most renowned Hunan chefs.
