Synopsis
Rich and talented scholar Sheung (Liu Wai Hung) was well-known to be a playboy. He likes to fool around with his friend Por (Gordon Lam Ka Tung). One day, they met the beautiful Dip (Gigi Fu) and Por was determined to win her hand. Sheung, therefore, helped Por by courting Dip's maid Ngor (Esther Kwan). Ngor disliked Sheung at first, but Sheung managed to impress her with his wit.

When Sheung married Ngor, his nightmare started, Ngor interfered with everything he did and gradually he became henpecked. Then he had an affair with the lovely and gentle Cho (Chan Mui Hing). Ngor was furious when she learnt about it and she told the Emperor. As a punishment, the Emperor ordered that Sheung could never see Ngor again...
