Synopsis
A thief who calls himself the "Blue Oracle," breaks into a jewelry store run by Fumino Daidoji (Akimoto Naomi) and steals more than 60 million yen worth of diamonds. The thief had warned that the heist would take place, but the police thought it was a joke and did not do anything. The public sharply criticizes the police for that.

Meanwhile, new Police Commissioner Mitarai's (Owada Shinya) inauguration takes place at a Tokyo hotel. Kenzo Yabe (Namase Katsuhisa) and Harando Akiba (Ikeda Tetsuhiro) works at the inauguration as security. At the hotel, Kenzo Yabe meets Police Commissioner Mitarai's daughter Mirai (Hatakeyama Rina) who came to the hotel party. Mirai is extremely smart and is able to unravel a mysterious new crime notice delivered Police Commissioner Mitarai.

Meanwhile, the Police receive a new warning from the "Blue Oracle." Kenzo Yabe thinks of Mira and decides to enlist her help.
