  • When counterfeit currency begins appearing in the capital, two constabulary departments, the Six Fan Gate Constabulary and Divine Constabulary, are ordered to investigate. Six Fan Gate Constabulary officer Coldblood (Deng Chao) is ordered to go undercover at Divine Constabulary, where he meets fellow constables Life Snatcher (Ronald Cheng) and Iron Hand (Collin Chou),as well as the empathic Female constable Emotionless (Crystal Liu). The Four Constable are "kung fu superheros" as they are each skilled in special super powers.
