Synopsis
Donoue General Hospital runs into a budget deficit, even though the doctors drive expensive imported cars and live an outlandish lifestyle.

Office manager Momoi finds surgeon Kosuke Sagara arrives at the hospital and tells the director of the general hospital (Yoko Nogiwa) to decide on his pay after watching his work. Kosuke Sagara informd the hospital that he has previously quit his job at the University Hospital and taken a year sabbatical.

While touring Donoue General Hospital, Kosuke Sagara observes surgeon Kazue Minagawa (Ito Ran) and Suguru Moriyama (Takashima Masanobu) taking part in operation involving a patient with pancreatic cancer. During the procedure, the patient's health deteriorates. Dr. Minagawa and Moriyama are shaken by the change. Kosuke Sagara enters the operation room... at night, the condition of the patient changes...
