Synopsis
Big brother Eight Tales is about to die, he appoints his midget assistant to be his successor. However, this dwaft has accidentally switched identity with Kow Wai, who looks exactly the same as him. Kow becomes the leader of the mobsters. He orders to turn the triad organization into legitimate business. He even falls in love with the rival's daughter. Finally, Kow is discovered to be a fake. What will the other gangsters do to him?
