Synopsis
SHUN (Tony Leung Ka Fai) and Lung (Eric Tsang) are two former childhood friends who return to live in their old apartment block in Hong Kong, after an absence of 10 years.

Shun is a bankrupt businessman with a family (Sandra Ng is his nutty wife and Bruce Lee-lookalike Aarif Lee is his consciencestricken inspector-son who nabs illegal hawkers), while Lung is the rascal from the past whom Shun doesn't trust.

The place is rundown due to the bad economy, but the residents are defiantly friendly, quirky and filled with a lot of colourful things to say in the 72 Tenants Of Prosperity kind of way, which Hong Kong flicks like to portray as a lucky thing during Chinese New Year...
