Synopsis
Min Yu (Song Seung Hun) lost his first lover in an accident. When she dies, her heart is donated to Hui Yuan (Son Ye Jin), a high school student long suffering from heart problems. 3 years later, Hui Yuan is a professional florist with a bright and healthy personality. She is happily settled with her long-time boyfriend Zheng Zai (Ryu Jin). Min Yu comes back from overseas, but is still grieving over his first love. When Min Yu and Hui Yuan dramatically met in the hills while hiking, he takes care of her when she got hurt. The two returned home, and find out that they will be working on a project together renovating the Kara Hotel. Hui Yuan is mysteriously attracted to Min Yu although she still likes her boyfriend. Min Yu is able to see his first love's appearance in Hui Yuan, and believes that she is his second love. In this love triangle enters Zheng Zai's sister, who also falls in love with Min Yu. Like the scent of summer, the life of different people carry different obligations and attractions...
