I was not satisfied that the out of stock title was substituted without my conscent. I think zoommovie should email the customer first and get their permission before substituting it with another version. Customer service did declare a lower amount of value on the shipped package at my request to help me avoid customs tax, so overall, it is satisfactory.

Please institute "Log out" or "Sign out" procedure. Once signed in, it is always open and permits access to my account. I can simply navigate back to my account by scrolling browser screens.

Ever since I discovered Asian drama series as a great source of entertainment, I was looking for a reputable seller of English subbed DVDs. In ZoomMovie.com I found a company with reliable customer support. They answer rapidly to any question and really look after their customers' interests. I've received five orders to Germany now without any hitch, and I'm not about to stop. As a side note, as ZoomMovie has no influence on the product itself, the DVDs I ordered all have understandable to very good English subs and are of good video quality. Auch hatte ich noch nie Zoll- oder Terminprobleme, was fuer Sendungen von der anderen Seite der Erde schon eine Leistung ist.
